The overall process is as follows: feeding material to the hydraulic platform -- automatic feeding to the processing machine -- drilling hinge holes, punching holes, straightener grooves, and processing the back of the glass door -- transferring to the flipping machine to flip the door -- transferring back to the door-shaped processing center -- processing and cutting the door shape on the front -- pushing the finished product to the discharge platform while simultaneously feeding material -- manually affixing labels and collecting the material.

The entire production line is fully automated, requiring only one operator to handle loading and overall monitoring, completely replacing the 2-3 sorting and handling workers required in the traditional model. This not only significantly saves labor costs but also frees workers from high-intensity, repetitive physical labor, reducing occupational health risks and management difficulties.

The overall process is as follows: Material is fed to the hydraulic platform – automatically fed to the reverse processing machine – laser marking – drilling hinge holes, perforations, straightener grooves, and processing the back of the glass door – transferred to the flipping machine – automatically transferred by the Mingdiao intelligent trolley to the door shape processing center – door shape processing and cutting – finished product pushed to the unloading platform and simultaneously loaded.

The entire process is automated, requiring no human intervention, offering higher precision and efficiency, with a daily output of 250-500 square meters. (The specific design depends on the complexity of the door panel design)
