The HD12DA CNC Six-Sided Drill With Automatic Tool Changer features two top-mounted drill packs and a 9kW tool changer spindle, equipped with a six-tool magazine in a straight line. It also includes a bottom-mounted drill pack, allowing simultaneous use of two low-power spindles. This enables drilling and milling of all sides and top/bottom surfaces of a workpiece in a single setup. The HD12DA CNC Six-Sided Drill With Automatic Tool Changer's six-tool magazine and independent milling spindle can operate synchronously or sequentially, completing complex hole and slot designs in a single operation.

The HD12 CNC Six-Sided Drill uses six drill bits, one at the top and one at the bottom. Utilizing an advanced CNC system and mechanical positioning, the upper drill bit is responsible for drilling vertical holes and grooves on the upper surface of the metal sheet, while the lower drill bit is responsible for the corresponding machining on the lower surface. Simultaneously, the horizontal drill arms on both sides (integrated into the drill bit system) work together to precisely drill horizontal holes on all four sides. This means that machining of all holes in the metal sheet can be completed with just one clamping and positioning, truly achieving "one-stop" machining.
