The HD12DA CNC Six-Sided Drill With Automatic Tool Changer features the following:  

 

 

1. The system identifies processing information via barcode scanning, ensuring intelligent and efficient operation.

 

2. Computer operation, CAD drawing, CAM import; direct import of open data formats such as DXF, MPR, and XML, offering convenient operation.

 

3. Utilizing a double-gripper long guide rail, the system achieves a maximum gripping speed of 130m/min. Intelligent hole position detection effectively avoids drilling locations, reducing hand-change time during drilling. The gripper stroke exceeds 4.5 meters, allowing for one-time gripping and processing of large panels, significantly shortening drilling time for large wardrobe side panels.

 

4. Equipped with an air-floating worktable and air-floating pressure plate, an air layer forms on the upper and lower surfaces of the panel during processing, improving panel conveying efficiency and preventing scratches. Drilling is completed simultaneously with the pressure plate, ensuring drilling accuracy and efficiency. The unique installation position of the air-assisted drill bag prevents panel floating during drilling, avoiding edge chipping and deviations in hole positions; and effectively prevents dust accumulation in the drill bag, which can cause drill bit jamming and affect production.

 

5. Processing modes can be selected based on production output and manufacturing process. The forward-to-backward mode allows for immediate processing of the next board after the previous one is finished, resulting in a smooth process with short downtime. This forward-to-backward mode enables continuous production, achieving drilling capabilities comparable to imported dual-station PTP drilling centers. The forward-to-forward mode is primarily designed for situations involving numerous double-sided vertical drilling operations.

Simultaneously, the horizontal drill arms on both sides (integrated into the drill bit system) work together to precisely drill horizontal holes on all four sides.
