The process of the M20(1+4) Panel Furniture Production Line is as follows: Material is loaded onto the hydraulic platform – automatically loaded onto the reverse processing machine – laser marking – drilling hinge holes, perforations, straightener grooves, and processing the back of the glass door – transferred to the flipping machine – automatically transferred by the Mingdiao intelligent trolley to the door-shaped processing center – door shape processing and cutting – after processing, pushed to the discharge platform and simultaneously loaded.
All sheet metal is distributed to various processing centers via Mingdiao intelligent carts. Compared to conveyor belt distribution systems currently on the market, its advantages are as follows:
(1) Simpler structure and shorter installation and debugging cycle
(2) The feeding position of the machine is directly controlled by a servo motor following fixed mechanical coordinates, making adjustment easier
(3) Fewer sensors and mechanical limit switches are used, resulting in simpler control circuitry and easier maintenance later on
(4) More stable and efficient than roller conveyors on the market.

The automated production process of the M20(1+4) Panel Furniture Production Line mainly includes the following steps:
① Automatic feeding and labeling: The production line begins with automatic feeding. After the boards are in place, the equipment automatically applies labels (or laser marks) and punches holes on the back of the door panels.
② Automatic flipping and conveying: After back-side processing, the production line uses an automatic flipping machine to flip the entire board and distributes and conveys it to the machine responsible for front-side processing.
Front-side processing and cutting: At the front-side processing center, the equipment completes the front-side shaping of the door panels and performs cutting.
④ Automatic unloading: After all processes are completed, the machine automatically pushes the processed materials to the unloading table, where they are subsequently sorted by humans or robotic arms.
