Multi-Process Integration

Multiple processing steps—including cutting, drilling, and engraving—can be completed in a single clamping cycle, dramatically improving workflow efficiency and reducing handling errors.

 

The equipment adopts a new generation control system, compatible with standard G-code programming, and is compatible with various CAD and CAM design software, offering quick and convenient operation. The operating system is integrated with the user's production design and management software, eliminating the need for separate data entry. The intelligent processing list allows for continuous processing from a single file loading to completion.

 

High-Performance Spindle and Drive System

The machine tool is equipped with a high-torque variable frequency spindle with stepless speed adjustment from 1000 to 24000 rpm, providing both the powerful performance required for rough cutting and the stability needed for low-speed precision machining. The spindle taper bore adopts industry-standard specifications, facilitating consumable procurement and controlling operating costs.

 

The motion system employs a mature and reliable transmission scheme:

X and Y axes: Helical gear and rack drive; the Y axis is equipped with dual-drive synchronous drive to ensure dynamic response and cutting accuracy at high speeds.

The tabletop is made of 3cm thick engineering PVC board, which is corrosion resistant, hard, energy-saving and environmentally friendly; it is divided into 7 zones for vacuum adsorption with high adsorption force; equipped with a 7.5 kW dry vacuum pump, it can evenly pick up material, pick up material from the whole board, and not damage the board surface.

 

Automatic loading and unloading: Advanced cantilever loading prevents scratches and bumps on the boards. Stable loading, combined with a lifting platform, improves work efficiency. After processing, the finished boards are automatically pushed to the unloading platform, equipped with bottom and surface cleaning brushes to ensure truly dust-free board surfaces.
