With four independent spindles running at the same time, output increases by 3–4 times compared to single-head machines. Shared Gantry – Rigidity & Synchronization
All four Z-axis slides are mounted on one high-strength gantry beam, FEM-analyzed and stress-relieved. This shared structure ensures excellent rigidity under heavy cutting and guarantees absolute X/Y synchronization among spindles, eliminating cumulative errors common in split-gantry designs.
Precision Drive for Lasting Accuracy
High-grade ground racks, imported linear guides, and absolute servo motors deliver ±0.05mm repeated positioning accuracy. Independent ballscrew-driven Z-axes offer fast response and adapt to varying panel thicknesses with ease.

The M4-3015 Woodworking Machining Center is equipped with a high-torque variable frequency spindle with stepless speed adjustment from 1000 to 24000 rpm. This provides the powerful performance required for rough cutting while also ensuring stability at lower speeds for fine machining. The spindle taper uses industry-standard materials, facilitating convenient consumable procurement and keeping operating costs under control.
The M4-3015 Woodworking Machining Center utilizes a new generation control system, compatible with standard G-code programming and various CAD/CAM design software, offering quick and easy operation. The operating system is integrated with the user's production design and management software, eliminating the need for separate data entry. An intelligent machining list allows for continuous machining from a single file load to completion.
