The M-BP800 4 Axis CNC Machining center features a four-axis structure that allows for 360° workpiece rotation or multi-angle oscillation of the machining head, easily completing tasks such as 45° corner machining of door frames, keyhole/hinge hole machining on side frames, and continuous milling of irregular grooves without multiple clamping operations. Equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) and a vacuum adsorption table, the M-BP800 4 Axis CNC Machining center enables continuous batch production, significantly improving efficiency. Through its rotary axes, the M-BP800 4 Axis CNC Machining center can process parts that are difficult to handle with traditional three-axis machine tools, such as cylinders, carved curved surfaces, and irregularly shaped components (e.g., door panel reliefs, 3D carvings, and irregularly shaped furniture parts).
